Classroom laptops come with the following software: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Adobe Reader DC, iTunes, VLC, Gimp Photo Editor, Microsoft Office 2019 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). Deep Freeze security software is used to restore the laptop to a base image after every reboot, thus removing any computer changes, documents, personal information, history etc.

All projectors have hookups for HDMI. The following convertor cables are available ahead of time by request: Display port to HDMI, mini-Display port to HDMI, USB-C to HDMI, VGA to HDMI. Please email email@example.com to arrange for convertor cables.

Cancellations must be received within one week in advance of the meeting date. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice of the meeting date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoiced cost.
